Exchange Policy

We appreciate your understanding—these guidelines help us protect the quality of our products and the health of our customers. Thanks for choosing to refill instead of landfill and for being part of our low-waste community.

At Local Fill, we’re all about keeping things safe, sustainable, and satisfying. We want you to be happy with every product you take home, but because many of our items are refillable, bulk, or personal care, we have to follow a few guidelines to make sure everything stays fresh and safe for everyone.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Defective

We check every order before it leaves our shop, but sometimes things happen in transit.

Please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order (delivery or shipping) so we can help.

Include your order details and photos of the issue so we can review it right away.

If we can replace it, we will—if we can’t, you’ll receive a full refund.

Containers

We’re happy to take back unused, clean containers within 7 days of arrival for a refund or exchange.

Items We Can’t Accept Back

For safety and quality reasons, we can’t take returns on:

Any refillable, bulk, or personal-care products that have been opened or have left the store.

Special orders, unless they arrive defective.
