½ cup Local Fill Organic Chia Seeds
2 cups milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
2–3 tbsp sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or agave)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings: fresh fruit, cacao nibs, granola, shredded coconut, or nut butter
In a mason jar or mixing bowl, whisk together milk, sweetener, and vanilla.
Add chia seeds and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight works best).
